        Summary: Use Valore for lawful purposes. Calculations are estimates — do not rely on them as financial advice. Pay for what you use. We can terminate accounts that abuse the service.
    

1. About Valore

Valore is a B2B ROI calculator designed for sales professionals. It is operated by Lauri Hyöky (Business ID: 3005358-4), based in Finland ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Valore, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Valore provides tools to create, save, and share return on investment calculations. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the service
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Use automated tools to scrape or access the service at scale
Misrepresent calculations to customers or prospects in a fraudulent manner

5. Calculations and estimates

        Important: Valore provides ROI estimates based on information you enter. All calculations are estimates only and should not be treated as financial, legal, or investment advice. We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on calculations produced by Valore.
    

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use and present the results. Valore makes no warranty that calculations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Plans and payments

Free plan

The free plan allows limited use of the service at no cost. We reserve the right to change the limits of the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy
Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice
Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not offer refunds for partial months
Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, all payments are final. To request a refund, contact lauri@getvalore.com.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the calculations and data you create in Valore. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you enter into Valore is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Shared calculations

When you share a calculation link, the recipient can view the calculation without creating an account. You are responsible for deciding who to share calculations with and for the content of shared calculations.

9. Intellectual property

Valore and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lauri Hyöky and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Valore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lauri Hyöky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Valore, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to the service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
