1. Who we are

Valore is a B2B ROI calculator for sales professionals, operated by Lauri Hyöky (Business ID: 3005358-4), based in Finland.

2. What data we collect

Account data

• Email address — used for login and service communications
• First name and company name — provided during onboarding, used to personalise the service
• Industry and role — provided during onboarding, used to show relevant calculator types

Usage data

• Calculations you create — stored so you can access your history
• Settings and preferences — language, currency, brand colours
• Plan and subscription status — to determine which features you can access

Payment data

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. Lemon Squeezy provides us with your email address and subscription status after a successful payment.

Technical data

• IP address and browser information — collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify)
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Valore service
• To send service-related emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
• To manage your subscription and plan access
• To improve the service based on usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication. EU data residency available.
• Netlify (netlify.com) — hosting and infrastructure
• Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) — payment processing and subscription management

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and calculations will be deleted within 30 days.

Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g. financial records related to payments).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data

7. Cookies

Valore uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication. However, no internet service is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Valore is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. The current version is always available at getvalore.com/privacy.
